POSTING AN AD: POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • Only internships relative to the nonprofit sector, education or government can be posted on this site.
  • Only one internship per ad.
  • Ads must be submitted and paid online. Listings submitted by email, US mail or fax WILL NOT be accepted.
  • Ads appear after review by the administrator, usually within one business day.
  • Nonprofit Connect reserves the right to deny an ad and in such cases will refund the posting fee.
  • Posting fees cannot be refunded once the ad is posted unless there is a duplicate charge for the same ad.
  • "Substitute ads" are not allowed if the original ad does not remain up for the full 60 days.
  • Nonprofit Connect is not responsible for the content of ads.
  • Nonprofit Connect does not retain copies of ads. Print a copy for your EEOC records.

POST AD

Step 1- Complete the ad form .  The form will open in a new window.  You will receive an on-screen "Thank You" message when the ad has been successfully submitted.  

Posting Tips

  • Your posting will will not be submitted for approval if:
    • Ad exceeds 1,024 characters
    • All required fields aren't completed

  • Basic HTML may be used when creating your ad. If pasting text from Microsoft Word, change the font to Arial or some other web-friendly font first.

Step 2- Return to this window and pay for your ad.  It is just $25 for a 60-day internship ad. You must pay online after you submit the ad; we DO NOT invoice for ads.  Ads will not be posted until payment is received.  Approvals are usually made within one business day.

Credit card didn't process?  Look at this list of Authorization Reject Codes.

It's a good idea to verify that your ad has been posted.  Don't forget to print a copy for your EEOC records.

Contact info@npconnect.org if you do not see your ad posted.


DELETE AN AD
For positions filled before 60 days are up email intern@npconnect.org. Include:
  • Internship title
  • Date posted
  • Indicate if position was filled with a candidate from this site. 

No portion of the fee will be refunded if the ad is removed prior to 60 days. "Substitute ads" will not be accepted.
