This 6-month learning opportunity is exclusively for paid, full-time executive directors. This training weaves together theory, experience, and context to help leaders evolve, keep up with best practices, and learn new ways to deal creatively with the full range of organizational issues.
Executive Director Boot Camp
New to the role of Executive Director? The Executive Director Boot Camp is a 4-session introductory program designed to help new and newer leaders succeed. Covering core areas like operational structure, board management, fund development, and leadership, this program offers the essential tools to guide your organization effectively. Participants will also engage in discussions on best practices, share successes and challenges, and build a supportive peer network.
Nonprofit Executive Gathering
Connect with Kansas City’s nonprofit executive leaders in a relaxed and collaborative setting. This program facilitates discussion, idea sharing, and networking among peers over a casual breakfast.
